Portuguese Electronic Invoice using M3

Izzdone has implemented a solution that allows the customer (VIRBAC) to generate and integrate automaticly the Electronic Invoice in Portugal. This requirment is now mandatory for identities that needs to create their invoices for public campanies. It is planned this requirement becomes to be mandatory for all companies in the near future.
